Very easy to position on a finished edge. Once pinned on the wrong side of the gathered edge, simply stitch it with your sewing machine along the top edge of the ribbon, its bottom edge and between the sliding elastic threads. Finally, pull the elastic threads until you obtain the desired length then tie the threads at both ends.
