Delivery and returns
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen. Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days and delivered within 7 days.

Yes, we ship worldwide except: Andorra , Canada , United States , Greenland , Isle of Man , Aland Islands , Faroe Islands , Russia , Ukraine , Venezuela , Ascension Islands .
As specified in our general terms and conditions of sale, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product that does not suit you in its intact packaging. Any product that has been used cannot be returned.
If your order is correct, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Upon receipt of your return, we will exchange or refund your order.
However, if a problem is found with the order (defective or damaged product), then the return costs will be our responsibility.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.
You will find your purchase invoice in your customer account under "My Orders". You can download your invoice in PDF format.
