Duckbill Scissors

Duckbill scissors are specially designed for precise cuts close to seams, without damaging the base fabric.

Thanks to their unique duckbill shape, they allow the blade to easily slide under the fabric to be cut while protecting the fabric underneath.

They are perfect for appliqué, lingerie making, as well as patchwork, knitted projects, or delicate finishes like rolled hems. Their ergonomic design, with curved handles, ensures a good grip.

And to make them a truly unique tool, they are customizable : add the text of your choice for an elegant sewing gift… or to ensure they're never lent out again!

Our tip:

They are specially designed for cutting fabric after it has been sewn and before sewing the edges onto the backing. 

• Insert the duckbill between the two fabrics 
• Gently pull the fabric to be cut for greater precision
• Cut gradually, following the seam line counter-clockwise
