Thanks to our downloadable sewing tutorial, you can make a pouch that is 14 to 15 cm wide and 9 to 10 cm high. The dimensions are perfect for storing your small everyday items: keys, lipstick, business cards... or small sewing accessories, the possibilities are endless! If you prefer a smaller or larger pouch, you can simply change the print size percentage.

It provides detailed instructions for assembling your pouch. It includes tips on cutting and preparing the elements to be sewn, as well as instructions for assembling the pouch. You will learn how to create the flap ruffle with a 50 cm x 5 cm fabric strip, and how to adapt the length of the fabric strip if you want a smaller or larger pouch.
Fabric Advice
For this project, we recommend lightweight fabrics such as cotton poplin, gauze and double gauze, seersucker... Choose fabrics weighing less than 140 g/m2. Since this pouch doesn't require much fabric, it's the perfect opportunity to use your scraps!

Materials needed for this project:

- Sewing machine and BOHIN universal machine needles 70 or 80 depending on the chosen fabric
- Interfacing (only if you want to stiffen the pouch)
- BOHIN snap fastener (for easy application, we recommend magic snaps)
- A pair of BOHIN scissors that only cut fabric
- A BOHIN marking pencil
- BOHIN pins
